Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Best1, operated by Citi Mart Ecom LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and shall be governed by the laws of India.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Eligibility for Return

A return request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, invoices, and accessories are intact

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

As per applicable Indian consumer laws, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Used or altered products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened (if applicable)


3. Return Request Process

To request a return, the customer must:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide order details along with clear images or videos showing the issue

  3. Await verification and approval from our team

Upon approval, return instructions or pickup details will be shared.


4. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.
If the product fails to meet return conditions, the return may be rejected and shipped back to the customer at their cost.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds shall be processed only after successful inspection of the returned product.

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of approval

  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving bank details


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error


7. Replacement Policy

At our sole discretion, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund of the purchase amount

Replacement depends on product availability.


8. Cancellation & Refund Relation

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for cancellation or refund.


9. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:

  • Repeated return requests

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

  • Violation of this policy

Such decisions shall be final and binding.


10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall be limited to the maximum retail price (MRP) or the amount paid by the customer, whichever is lower.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
